Advocate S.B.Chandak had taken the lead and with the co operation of like minded peoples , they have collected required the share amount ,and minimum number of members and applied for the licence with RBI. After completing the all the formalities RBI issued the licence for opening of bank 31.01.2001.At present Bank has 3 branches in metro city i.e. Pune and PCMC and 4 branches in rural area nearby city of Pune and Pimpri chinchwad municipal corporation. Bank has at present Rs.350 crores business mix
Bank is having 15 directors ,having composition of one each from scheduled caste, scheduled tribe ,and other backward class ,two from ladies category ,and 10 from general category .In our Board of Directors,3 directors are chartered accounts and 3 are Advocates remaining are builders, businessman and remaining are social workers. They cover all sectors of society .
We have chief executive officer, having 36 years’ of experience of banking i.e. Nationalised bank is various capacity as chief manager and audit chief of Gujarat zone .He had worked in small to exceptionally large branches as a bank head, and working with our bank for last 8 years as a chief executive officer CEO is assisted by experienced and qualified bankers .We have total 75 staff, 7Branches, 2 ATM ,One CDM.All our branches are fully computerised since their opening .
